Comprei o jogo e não consigo jogar

I bought minecraft on Tuesday (09/05) and since then I can't open the game. I download the installer for windows, but when I open the launcher the message "Unable To Update The Minecraft Native Launcher" pops up instantly and I can't play. I've tried disabling the antivirus, uninstalling and installing the installer again, repairing the files and restarting the computer, but none of these actions worked. I would like to be able to resolve the problem or would like to request my refund.
