I migrated my account, now I cannot login to play MineCraft

I migrated my Mojang account today to a MicroSoft account. It worked. I can login to MicroSoft with this account and I can login to the Mojang site with this account. But when I try to use the same email and password to login inside the MineCraft Launcher, it says email or password incorrect.
