I have to crash the launcher just for minecraft to load

Every time i try to load Minecraft 1.17 it always loads everything but right when it looks like its going to load it sits there for 15 minutes then says "Page not responding." and even when it doesn't do that sometimes it doesn't even show that page, and finally when it crashes it lets me into the game.
