Sorry! We could not load your skins

i play at my pc makes 2 years but before that counting other platforms is 6-7 years.

well basically the launcher always say "Sorry! We could not load your skins" my internet connection is stable, i tried to uninstall and reinstall didn't work and at the own minecraft.net my profile don't load too so i can't change my password, skin, email.
