i cant play with mods

i have a issue i try can play with modid minecraft but it says ;The game crashed whilst rendering overlay
Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file forge-common.toml of type COMMON for modid forge
Exit Code: -1; can you plz help me.
