Launcher crashes

To whom may it concerns. I just got a brand new PC with RX 6600 XT and i5-10400. When I try to run minecraft it always get the error as shown below (error.png is when I run 1.17.1 version and error 1.png is 1.12.2). 

• I tried updating the driver for my i5-10400, RX 6600 XT and almost everything I could.
• I tried to manually add "opengl32.dll" to "\Java\jre1.8.0_301\bin".
• I reinstalled the game many times, as well as having the newest java version (I deleted .minecraft in my appdata every time)
  And yeah the game just doesnt work so here I am... It said that my driver for my VGA is outdated but maybe its because the card got released 1 month ago so maybe it doesnt match up with the game yet, who knows
