yesterday i got onto minecraft and it said i could migrate my account to microsoft so i did but then when i logged in it said that i did not own minecraft and to switch to my mojang account it did not work

Hello yesterday i went to play minecraft and when i did it said i could migrate my account to microsoft so i did i set it up and when i went to log back in to minecraft it said i did not buy minecraft, it told me to switch to my other account to access the full game and when i tried it did not work my password didnt work. when i went to reset my password it never sent an email i can not figure this out for the life of me and if i dont i will loose all my worlds and progress on servers please help.
