My skin is not showing AGAIN!

Hello again Mojang, I am writing about this bug for the second time. The skin is not shown in minecraft, I myself do not see the skin, but the players can see it. I pressed the button to apply and there is nothing. I have a Microsoft account and I play Java Edition. I will be very grateful if you can help.
