Executable of launcher stop working and I can't reinstall

The launcher of the game stop working out of nowhere. I execute the executable and simply nothing happen. No error, no logs, not even a windows dialog appears. Nothing occurs.

The application is not listed in the task manager. It simply do not get executed.

 

I tried to download installer and install it again but even the installer is not working. I tried to execute the installer and, like the launcher, it simply don't execute. Nothing occurs.

I followed some internet kwown solutions but none of them worked for me.

I suspected of Windows, but only Minecraft have this problem. All my other application is working fine.
