Missing versions/duplicate versions in launcher

So, basically, when I make a new installation, there are like hundreds of versions to choose from, they're out of order, some have weird names, and I think a version is missing which is 1.16.5 and the closest I can get to 1.16.5 is 1.16.5rc-1 or 1.16.4, please fix this!
