Old skins

I have own server, where i play with friends. I've made skin for it, and it uploaded normally. Though, like a week later i uploaded new one. I tried uploading it on website, on launcher directly and nothing. Nothing works. Its working on every server except mine. I tried contacting hosting but they said that i should report it here. I dont know what to do
