Minecraft launcher magic

When I try to restore my account, the email does not arrive in the mail. But I connect to my new account by entering the data of the old one in launcher.
I use the data of my old account, but it connects me to the new account. How is this possible? Skins and everything else doesn't work.
it looks like I'm connected to two accounts at once.
