wont download game and also had to purchase again.

I have had Minecraft purchased for many years and now I had to purchase it again through Microsoft store for some reason since it wont recognize my account and now it wont even download on to my PC, it is one way I spend time with my brother while I'm on deployments so I would like to have the game back, and if possible a refund for having to purchased it again.
