won't finish downloading or gets stuck at finalizing part

i've already uninstalled and installed it again it gets stuck at the "finalizing" part of the download and i dont know why? im downloading the game to my SSD which has 250GB and 400 MB/s read, ive waiting 2+hours to try and finish installing it but it wont help??
