Whoops! Grey Box.

Hello,

Context: I am an old Mojang user that has not migrated yet. I am re-downloading Minecraft on a new laptop from their website.

However, after I downloaded and it launched, I logged in, and I'm stuck with the big grey box... See bellow for screenshot and message... I can't do anything else??

Has anyone experienced this? Please let me know any tips or help as I'm not sure what to do moving forward.

 

EDIT: I will close this as re-install worked for me... I know this item will be placed in a duplicate thread for those struggling it is thread MCL-18214.
