minecraft launcher for Java edition won't work - Exit Code: 0

The minecraft launcher for Java edition won't work.. So I click on the play button and at first it starts processing but then it closes saying " Error Game crashed ... Exit Code: 0 " I tried to uninstall and install the program and i have everything updated so i dont know what seems be the problem.
