where do i put in code for new game????

got my 1st game dungeons at wal mart it down loaded good and fast. Got my 2nd game at same place, can't get it down loaded. they say go to you. had this game for 3 mo. and cant play it! what do i do now???? THIS GAME IS THE ONE WITH THE PICK ON THE COVER.!
