Can't use minecaft in general*WON'T RUN*

Apperently when you close the launcher when your singing into your Microsoft account your launcher glitches and it will not be able to launch. so I am unable to use minecraft on my pc. so this is a critical error I haven't tried restarting but doesn't feel like it will help.
