Forge 1.12.2 issue

I haven’t been able to open the Forge 1.12.2 version on the MC Launcher in a few days: Clicking on play starts to close the launcher, but instead of opening the game, the launcher is automatically reopened showing the screen I have attached (I tried to censor the name). In addition to this I have a second problem that I think can be linked to this: I recently deleted my google account (the same one connected to Mojang Studios) without knowing that to change the email of the Mojang account you need to put it in security first. To put it in security I should receive an email to the current address, but obviously having deleted it I have no way to receive it. The only thing that doesn’t make me think that the two problems aren't connected is the fact that I can open the other versions (1.16, 1.17 etc...). I've done all the updates. I don’t know if the two problems are related and I would like to get some help on one of them. Thanks
