Skin parts don't show in the launcher

translucent parts don't show up in the minecraft launcher if you go to the skins section. I'm not shure if it's just my pc or not but i heard a friend having the same issue.

My apologies if this is a problem that is caused by my pc, if so i will delete this report immediately
