Minecraft Launcher crashes when i click "start" (Exit Code: 0)

Hi. I had this issue for a long time, when click the start button it automaticly crashes and gives this report: "An unexpected issue occured and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience". I tried deleting and reinstalling java, my amd graphic cards driver, minecraft and i did all this several times. I checked for the windows updates too. I don't what is causing the problem here
