Program icons still use Programmer Art textures

Ever since the 1.14 update, all the textures, if not, a large majority of the textures in Minecraft got retextured by JAPPA, which was their new artist and still to this day. Of course, grass blocks got a small texture change which is the grass_side.png texture where the grass is straightened. Crafting tables also obviously got a texture change.

But in the Minecraft Launcher and even the game, the program icons still use the old Programmer Art textures. The grass block and the crafting table icon still uses the old textures.
