Migration cape bug

I have successfully migrated my Mojang account to a Microsoft account !
After migrating my account I wanted to see how the new migration capes look like but apparently I didn't have any.

Are the migration capes even been out yet ? If they are already obtainable, my account doesn't seem to have the cape on it.
