Versions Not Showing

When modifying installations, if I have only modded versions selection and nothing else, the old beta and alpha versions show up, not Fabric Mod loader, Forge Mod Loader, Optifine, etc.

What I expected to happen was...:
Only the versions of Minecraft that are not releases, snapshots, or pre-1.0 beta's and alpha's show up, such as the aforementioned fabric, forge, and optifine.

What actually happened was...:
only the beta and alpha versions were visible, not the releases, snapshots, or modded versions of Minecraft

Steps to Reproduce:

1. have a modded version of Minecraft installed in the versions file
2. go to the installations tab and have only the modded versions checkbox checked
3. edit an installation or make a new one and attempt the select the modded version
4. if you have completed all steps properly you should only be seeing beta and alpha version of Minecraft available to be selected
