Problem with Opening Minecraft after starting launcher

I went to a friends house and tried to log in to my Minecraft account onto a computer that doesn't have Minecraft downloaded. After I downloaded the launcher and logged in with my account I was met with the following message:

Whoops!
Sorry, something went terribly wrong and you probably encountered a bug. Please file a report
here
I'm not sure what to do, but I would like any help/answers to fix this.
