Crashing

No matter what version of Minecraft I put it on 1.16.5, 1.17, etc. The game at first start will crash when I start up the game (like normal) But then when I try to start it up again (like normal) The game will always give me the loading mouse and will never do anything and if I click on the game then it says that the application (Minecraft actual game) is not responding and forces me to close it. (I have waited for a really time for it to load both before I click on it and after I click on it)
