It says at the bottom of the launcher "Oh no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services

i have clicked try again, over and over again and each time it repeats the message that it cant connect to minecraft services, but its only happening on the account i bought minecraft dungeons on, so i cant play the game
