Mineraft launcher won't let me save my skins.

The Minecraft Launcher won't allow me to save my skins, even when i name them, I own the game (as it says its i'm on the full version.) I've tried to troubleshoot it a few different ways, but it doesn't work. I'm not sure how to recreate it, but it's getting annoying to deal with at this point. (sorry for bad images :T)
