I can't open minecraft I just bought even if i followed all tips

I recently bought minecraft and despite letting me play the demo version without any problem, once I bought it, I didn't even start.

I have searched for information all over the internet including your online help by following the following steps:

Update java and drivers of my graphics card

Reinstall the game and restart my computer.

Close any annoying background task from the task manager.

However, none of them have allowed me to play Minecraft and it even takes me to blue screens, it's a shame because I love it, 1.17 looks very good and I just spent money on this.
