Invalid Email or username

Hello, ive got a problem where i can log in on minecraft.net on my phone on google, but when i try to log in on the computer on minecraft.net or on minecraft launcher with mojang account it says invalid email or password , sometimes on minecraft.net it goes in but even when i do the captha correctly it just goes back on the log in screen please help me.
