I can't start up my minecraft

When I open up my minecraft from my downloads folder, I get this weird situation where I have to login on my microsoft account. when I want to go to Mojang Login, it says that something went wrong in the login process. Is there anything I can do? I already tried it on my phone's hotspot, but it doesn't work.
