Unable to play any multiplayer,

when i join a friend i have severe input lag and world refuses to load properly. I have tried connecting from ps4, switch, phone and PC and all have the same issue when connected to my EE router. When i Use my phone to hotspot my 4G connection from 3 network they connect fine
