Java(TM) SE Binary doesn't respond

When I press play on the Minecraft Launcher it starts but then when I get to the red Mojang Studio sign the game stops responding and what it says it " Java(TM) SE Binary is not responding" and it has always happened for the past month so I can't even play, I have tried deleting my all my mods, updating Java, and installing and reinstalling Minecraft Launcher, and restarting my computer countless times but it still doesn't work please help me.
