Unable to launch

Click 'play' to launch the Minecraft game and nothing happens. According to the development console, "A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x70045861, pid=32424, tid=29584"

Any help to launch properly?
