Can't play normaly

Hello,
when I try to connect to a server, the game puts me an error message ( either "the authentication servers are unavailable due to maintenance" or "disconnect").

Skins are also not displayed. I imported the skin on the site "Minecraft.net" and directly on the launcher but in game, I have the skin by default of Alex.

I also mention that I sign in with a Microsoft account because when I try to sign in on the launcher with my Mojang account, a message appears after a few seconds telling me to check if I am connected to the internet.

 

 

That was all my problems before, but now I can't just play in solo mode. When I try to play, the world is creating and when it reach 100% the game crash and I don't know why !

 

I hope you can resolve my problems really soon because I can't play Minecraft !!
