Launcher not working

The launcher is not loading the game at all. It shows a "Whoops! Sorry something went terribly wrong and you probably encountered a bug. Please file a report."

 

I tried restarting my computer and launching again but it gave me the same result. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as updates and it is still giving the same error message. It's been going on for a few days now. I noticed something similar was happening in another country and was isolated there but I live in Virginia, USA, and i'm having the issue. I can't get past the first screen to log into the game.
