Game wont fully load

Every time I try to run and lunch Minecraft the loading screen starts loading to about 9/10ths of the bar then stops. I've let it try to finish for an hour before but it wont load fully. Then when I exit out of it my game says its game error 0, Its been like this for 2-3 weeks and I'm getting tired of it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but have honestly given up. I have a Alienware computer that has windows.
