Cannot select installations version

The Installations page won't let me add any new installations or change the version of an installations because the tab where you select a version is blank and cannot be clicked.

Every time i try to click the little arrow or box nothing happens and it just highlights it with a white border.

Please help... It's been like this for nearly a month now!
