Launcher launches multiple versions of the 32-bit launcher

I cannot launch this game anymore. The game launches multiple versions of MC 32 bit processer. It used to launch only two copies and I could open Task Manager and end it quick enough for the game to respond and run like normal. 

      However, now it is launching up to FOUR copies of the program and I can't end them fast enough for MC to do it's thing before it crashes. This literally prevents me from playing the game because when the game launches and shows the large red screen with the Mojang logo and the loading bar, I cannot open task manager because the game is permanently set into fullscreen. The only way to change to window is in the actual game. 

      I have no idea what to do! I've ran it as administrator, Uninstalled and reinstalled, added "-d64", restarted my laptop, and everything, but there's no fix.

What can I do so I can finally actually get back to playing the game???
