i can not open my launcher after setting the beta launcher on

When i wanted to use the beta launcher, when i turned it on i closed the launcher and tried to open it. I have tried to delete and reinstall, i have tried alternative download options for windows, but none worked. Mojang please fix this or i cant play Minecraft
