Launcher not loading. Error messages.

Error message pops up saying I am missing MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll.
I have tried reinstalling: Minecraft Launcher, Java, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package, the individual dll files. None of this has worked.

I think it might be the same error people in Norway are getting but I am NOT in Norway, I am in the UK.
I know Mojang is aware of that issue but I am worried this will not get fixed for me in the UK because mojang is focusing on Norway.
