Launcher problems.

My mincraft launcher isn't working. Basically it wont even start up. Whenever I click on it an error message pops up and says "  the element VCRUNTIME140.dll and the element MSVCP140.dll weren't found " Until yesterday night it was playing fine and this morning it just started doing this. I visited support on the website found my category did everything but it still would show up the same error message.
