XAL: [06186DB0] Failed to read Dtoken with error 0x89235107: Client operation failed

Both of my sons bought Minecraft Java Edition from Mojang store and both could play it on their computers for a log time.

 

Since the starting of April, both can not play anymore. Launcher crashes even before they can enter their username/password. Any deletion of any folder and/or uninstalling Minecraft itself does not help. Also deletion of %APPDATA%\.minecraft. I also tried to wipe the whole profile of one of them and this also did not help.

 

I have compared the launcher_log with a user where it works (my wife just registered for the free month) and found this within the launcher_log by both sons (not working) but not by my wife (working):

XAL: [06186DB0] Failed to read Dtoken with error 0x89235107: Client operation failed

 

After that the logs are "drifting apart".

I have attached the whole log of the one not working.

 

Could it be that the user-accounds of my kids are "messed up"?
