Minecraft Launcher Consistently Crashes after pressing the Play button

The Minecraft Launcher consistently crashes after pressing the Play button. I am running mods, 1.16.5-Optifine_HD_U_G7, and a texture pack.

I have followed Mojang's recent instructions and enabled the Beta version of the launcher and restarted the launcher, and pressed the Play button. And the Minecraft Launcher crashed again.
