Error 2318 everytime when i try to install and remove the launcher

So, I wanted to download the latest version of MC Launcher to my windows 10, I downloaded the launcher, worked it to install, then it gaev error 2318. Then I tried to delete it from my computer and It gave error 2318 again. It says "The installer has encountered and unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2318." so please help me, its so annoying. When i try to delete it from the apps and properties from settings, it says the error code and sentences again. And i clicked on 2.2.2529 (windows) fon "affects version/s" but it writes 1.0.0.0 when i go to apps and propertys
