THE GAME WONT EVEN LOAD FIX IT PLZZZ IVE TRIED BOTH THE SNAPSHOT AND 1.16

I can get into the are where I have to first click to play the game then when I actually get to the game it will load and get almost to the end but then it will stop responding and I wait and wait and it ask to wait and then since I've waited long enough I close it and it says the game crashed.
