did not recieve my 700 coins when purchased

Well I bought minecraft yesterday and started playing with a friend but realized that the 700 coins promised when buying never reached my account and cannot use them obviously to buy anything in the marketplace... I would like please if someone can resolve this issue and why not boost me with some compensation !!!
