glitched chunk in snap of 1.17

just see the screenshot. its a bugged chunk and i was sailing in boat in the game and i was stucked in this glitched chunk where i was unable to mover nor leave the boat. i was stuck in it. please fix this issue before 1.17 gets officially launched.
