Minecraft launcher stucks at grey screen for a long time

I have this issue for a long time that my Minecraft launcher sometimes stays grey for a long time i had tried many methods to fix it like reinstalling the launcher and even reinstalling windows but is occurs to me and it is annoying. Pls Fix it
