Minecraft Java won't load after windows 10 update

I believe it's an OpenGL issue, i've followed the OpenGL.dll process as shown on many Youtube explanation examples : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPkB_Mr3TVI&ab_channel=GameTrick

But it is still NOT working, please assist me.
